I had stayed here for 3 days, the rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was okayish ! it’s great if you are planning to just use the hotel just to sleep at night ! the staff is humble, helpful ! it’s also very near from the airport also !

Hotel and it's service is too bad. How come make my 訂房網站 register such kind of silly hotels. No proper mattress, no buckets & mugs at bathroom. Even no towel is there. Very very poor service. For early check in they were asking more 30% extr amount of the same. Kindly stop such kind of foolish practices. .

located at city centre. very convenient to go any part of city. Cleanliness to be improved. courteous behaviour of staff. amenities ok. Located at city centre. Staff very friendly. Food good. But room cleaning to be improved. Changing of Towels and bed spreads to be done daily. Drinking water also not supplied daily.

*disappointing stay at the onyx, nagpur* i recently had the misfortune of staying at the onyx in nagpur, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms, unfortunately, were not clean and well-maintained. To my horror, i found cockroaches in both the bathroom and the room itself. The hotel's housekeeping clearly needs improvement. Considering the hotel's rating and pricing, i expected a much better experience. *rating* 1/5 stars *recommendation* until the hotel improves its cleanliness and housekeeping, i would advise travelers to explore other options in nagpur.
